Let’s start with the name. Nubocha rolls off the tongue like an old-world Italian greeting, but, it's actually a clever portmanteau of Nuts + Bologna + Cha, or the natural sound of water. The name itself tells the entire story of this delicious vegan and keto gelato. It's made from nuts, it has Italian roots in Bologna, and has pure spring water as its base. When put all together, it's Nu-bo-cha! ⁠
